- The Ethics Board
The Ethics Board, composed of representatives of the Company’s employees, operates outside the Company’s organizational structure on a volunteer basis. Its mission is to promote ethical values among employees.
Support for socially sensitive customers in Wrocław and Siechnice
The scheme is intended for housing association and condominium residents who have signed agreements for the purchase of heat from KOGENERACJA S.A. Money has been provided making it possible to partially cover the cost of heating borne by poorer residents.
The Trilateral Agreement for Wrocław’s Sustainable Development
The Agreement is a joint project of Wrocław District, KOGENERACJA S.A., and Fortum Power and Heat Polska, which are responsible for, among other things, the energy safety of Wrocław. The key objective is to increase the effectiveness of heat market initiatives for the benefit of the inhabitants of Wrocław.
The Józef Pupka Foundation for the science development

Open Door Days
The Open Door Days are the only opportunity each year to have a look up close at how the Wrocław Combined Heat and Power Plant works. The event has been organized by the Company for the inhabitants of Wrocław and its environs for more than 20 years.
